On August 15, 2024, at 11.00 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Pairoj Chotikasathien, assigned the Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Sakdinart Sonthisakyotin, to participate in the Coordination and Supervision Committee Meeting on Human Trafficking Prevention and Suppression No. 2/2024, which took place at Meeting Room 301, Building 1, Government Houses.
The meeting informed the progress report on resolving issues of Thai wild fruit pickers in Sweden for the 2024 season of relevant agencies and the order to appoint qualified committee members to the committee to coordinate and supervise the operation of prevention and suppression of human trafficking. The meeting also considered the order to appoint the subcommittee of the national victim sorting and referral center.
