On February 9, 2022, at 13.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, chaired the 21st Wage Committee Meeting No. 1/2022. The meeting considered the appointment of a subcommittee on considering the provincial minimum wage rate, the appointment of a subcommittee on considering the provincial minimum wage rate in place of the vacant positions, a training program to enhance knowledge, and preparing information for consideration of the minimum wage rate of the subcommittee considering the provincial minimum wage rate for Provincial Labour Office Officials. It also considered the implementation plan to determine the wage rate according to skill standards 2022 and the composition of the subcommittee on the wage rates according to skill standards in 3 career fields. The meeting took place at the meeting room of the Permanent Secretary of Labour, 7th floor, Ministry of Labour.
