Permanent Secretary of Labour paid a visit to provide operational guidelines for the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labor, emphasizing the integration of proactive and efficient work for the maximum benefit of the people.
On November 11, 2021, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong chaired the meeting to inspect and deliver operational guidelines for the Office of the Permanent Secretary for the 2022 fiscal year. The meeting listened to the overall mission presentation of the Ministry of Labour, a presentation on important works by the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour that has been implemented in both the central and provincial areas, a presentation of support and organizational development from the directors responsible for each subject and a delivery of operational guidelines to government officials and officials within the Ministry of Labour. Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, the Ministry of Labour’s senior management and related persons, also attended the meeting at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
Mr. Boonchob said that for the various missions of the Ministry of Labour, some missions might make officials feel that they are working beyond the scope of their duties, such as helping people with disabilities, SME entrepreneurs, and providing vaccines to people. However, he asked that they understand that they are civil servants. Therefore, he encouraged everyone to understand a new perspective that can help people have a better life and benefit from the government, which is everyone’s duty. This is one of the visions provided by Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin. For success in various missions, thanks and encouragement must be given to government officials and all staff who have worked together to work hard, which is a mechanism that produces success and efficiency.
The Permanent Secretary of Labour added to focus on working proactively, emphasizing the efficiency of work coupled with success. For past achievements, he showed appreciation for a good working system and asked to maintain this standard and keep improving it, especially the synergy of the five labour tigers to help each other continue to work for the people.
