Permanent Secretary for Labor said in the final curve, the work process has been adjusted to 3 steps: 1) Reducing the process to make it faster. 2) Adding personnel to the area where many foreign workers are registered, such as Chonburi, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Chachoengsao, Rayong, Phuket, Chiang Mai etc., as well as mobilizing officials from nearby provinces. 3) Promote the employer to report at the provincial employment office, Bangkok Area Recruitment Agency 1 – 10 or report online at www.doe.go.th. Mobile quizzes are available for quick and easy registration. In addition, there are mobile quizzes available for online registration of migrant workers who have not yet reported their presence in the area.
“Foreign workers reported at the Employment and Online Office about 300,000 people after March 31, 2018, Ministry of Labor will manage information to work with the agencies involved in the OSS for foreign workers. It will be open only in provinces where there are many foreign workers. The system will be more efficient queue management. At the same time, it will be conducted in conjunction with the provisional nationality of approximately 300,000 people by 30 June 2018. At the same time, the Ministry of Labor will negotiate with the ministers of labor in the three countries of origin to set up a working group to manage the verification of nationality to be effective and beneficial to foreign brothers and sisters according to international standards, ” Permanent Secretary of Labor said in the end.
