On 22 September 2018, Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark, Permanent Secretary of Labor presided over the opening ceremony “Job Fair” at the multipurpose yard Amata City Chonburi, Chonburi, with Mr. Chanchai Eamcharoen, Deputy Governor of Chonburi, Mr. Viboon Kromadit, Director and Chief Marketing Officer of Amata Corporation Public Company Limited, Mr. Suchart Pornvisetchaikul, Deputy Director-General, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labor, and Eastern College of Technology (E-TECH). The event will feature exhibitions organized by the Ministry of Labor, the EEC TVET Career Center, the Otop Education Center (OTOP). Especially, there are more than 93 enterprises/employers that provide recruitment services and there are more than 3,805 positions vacancies. The event is scheduled for one day to allow employers, businesses, and job seekers to meet and directly select candidates. This will save both time and money.
Mr. Jirin said, “Today “Job Fair” is a great opportunity for the public and private sectors in Chonburi. The government has supported the policy of the government.
