On 17 July 2017, Inspector-General and spokesperson Mr. Ananchai Uthaipatanacheep commenced a workshop, where expert on technology and communications and acting Director of the Information and Communication Technology Center Mr. Somchai Ueajaruporn gave a report and Assistant Permanent Secretary of Labour Mrs. Tawil Permpeersin also joined the commencement ceremony. A total of 77 officers and officials from the Permanent Secretary’s Office took part in the workshop which took place from 17 to 18 July 2017 at the Computer Training Room, Room 406 at the Computer Management Office in Kasetsart University. The workshop topics included:
1. Basis labour economics and future trends
2. Analysis of key labour data and application of data for analysis
3. Use of information management system for labor information.
4. Application of data in the system to apply to reports on provincial labour situations etc.
