Mr. Suradej Valeeidigul, Secretary General, Social Security Office, The Ministry of Labor has revealed that the Social Security Office has increased the number of smartphone insurers through the “SSO Connect” application, which is in line with the Ministry of Labor’s policy by H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, Ministry of Labour to upgrade the service to international standards and propulsion mechanism “public” people are centered to comply with the policy of Thailand 4.0 using advanced technology. The service is available from April 10 – December 6, 2017. The “SSO Connect” application has been downloaded for 954,916 users. The application is both ios and Andriod and can be registered via “Ssoconnect.mywallet.co”. The insurer can check benefits, check medical records, unpaid dental benefits, check rewards, check old age records, and track news releases from the Social Security office, it’s convenient, fast, and easy, anywhere, anytime, 24 hours a day.
Social Security will strive to develop new forms of service in providing services to insurers. This will lead to the maximum benefit of the insurer, and the excellence in service and quality of life of the insurer.
