On Sunday the 7th June 2008, Minister Counsellor (on labour) Miss Sadudee Kitisuwan participated in the commencement ceremony and activities at the friendly relations event for foreign workers for 2015 which took place in Taichung City. The event was arranged by the Division of Labour in Taichung with Mr. Lin Chia-Lung, Thaichung City Governor as president of the opening ceremony, alongside representatives of worker exporting offices from 4 countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines), the Thai Association of Taiwan, the Employment Association of Thaichung which were also invited to the ceremony.

The event hosted many activities including an international parade, national talent shows, national dress fashion shows and symbolic national booths. The event was received well amongst foreign and local workers in Thaichung City, as well as neighboring cities with over 5,000 participants.
