July 17, 2018. Mr. Suchart Pornchaiwisetkul, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Employment, presided over the opening of a workshop on Human Resources Development Strategy of the Department of Employment, 2019 – 2021 at Bangkok Cha Da Hotel, Bangkok. Participants included the director of the department, the expert, the director of the office, the director of the center, the provincial recruitment. The head of the group, and 38 officials involved.
This seminar was organized to develop the Human Resources Development Strategy of the Department of Employment. This is a framework and direction for the development of the personnel of the Department of Employment to have the capacity to work effectively and efficiently in both present and future. This will enable DIP’s missions to achieve their goals and accomplishments. Through brainstorming and feedback, the Department of Employment Development’s Strategic Human Resource Development and drive the work of the Department of Employment. This is in line with the Ministry of Labor’s human resources development.
