          Mr. Ananchai Uthaiwattanachep, The Director General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare discloses that the labor protection law requires the employer to provide clean drinking water to the employee. If the number of employees exceeds 20 persons, the number of employees shall be 40. The Department of Labor Protection and Welfare shall reiterate that the number of employees shall not exceed 40 persons. Employers practice legally.
          Director-General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare added that If the employer fails to comply, he / she will be guilty of imprisonment not exceeding 6 months, fine not exceeding 100,000 Baht, or both.
