On July 9, 2018, at 9.00 am, General Prayut Chan-ocha, Prime Minister, presided over the opening ceremony of the building and handed over the keys to five delegates, along with General Pravit Wongsuwan, Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Resolving housing problems for the Din Daeng community is due to government policies that focus on the process of public participation is important. The cabinet in the current government has approved the master plan. On August 17, 2018, the residential development of the project will be completed. The total area of 36 buildings will be 20,292 units.
