The Ministry of Labor joins the first Din Daeng community revitalization project.

         On July 9, 2018, at 9.00 am, General Prayut Chan-ocha, Prime Minister, presided over the opening ceremony of the building and handed over the keys to five delegates, along with General Pravit Wongsuwan, Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, Minister of Labor, Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labor, and more than 400 people in Din Daeng community attended the ceremony at the project location, around the corner intersection of Vibhavadi Rangsit Road Din, Din Daeng, Bangkok.

          Resolving housing problems for the Din Daeng community is due to government policies that focus on the process of public participation is important. The cabinet in the current government has approved the master plan. On August 17, 2018, the residential development of the project will be completed. The total area of 36 buildings will be 20,292 units. The development will be divided into 6,546 units for existing residents, new residents 13,746 units total duration 8 years and approved Phase 1 of residential building Block G is 28 floors, 334 units, meters around the corner, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok clashed with residents who support the building of flats at 18-22 with a 18-month construction period on December 19, 2559, Deputy Prime Minister Gen. Prawit Wongsuwan and the Minister of Defense presided over the stone laying ceremony, currently being in preparation for the relocation of existing residents and moving to live from July 15 to August 22, 2018 onwards. In addition to the infrastructure cost of 825 baht per month and the 12.5% house tax, the new rent is between Baht 1,286 – 4,371 per month. Residents of Block 18 – 22 are able to live in residential Block G, 238 persons, and 45 persons who do not intend to live in Block G, and received compensation 400,000 baht.
