On 3 July 2011, Office of Labour Affairs in Hong Kong convened training program for Thai labour volunteer in Hong Kong at auditorium of Lok Sin Tong Primary School in Kowloon City.
The objectives of this meeting are to build working capacity of labour volunteer team work. The members of labour volunteer network are from Ruam Thai Association, Puen Thai Association, Prathammakai Temple in Hong Kong and Thai Labour Union totally 45 people. Office of Labour Affairs in Hong Kong arranged the test to evaluate labour volunteers’ knowledge and created situations for them to summarize rules and advisory techniques in case that assistant housekeeper needs advice, as well as reiterated roles and obligations of labour volunteers.
