Permanent Secretary of Labour M.L. Puntrik Smiti chaired the 19th Wage Committee’s eighth meeting for 2017, which took place at the Nikom Chandravithun Conference room. The meeting discussed the establishment of a subcommittee on considering minimum wages in Suphan Buri and acknowledged economic and labour situations in June – July 2017, including results from surveying minimum wages.
