On 26 June 2011, Mrs. Pensri Iamopas, Labour Consul, on behalf of head of Hong Kong Non-Formal Education Center and the group of teachers convened Wai Kru ceremony of the first semester 2011 for non-formal education students at Lok Sin Tong Primary School located in Kowloon city.
Office of Labour Affairs in Hong Kong has engaged in the project of non-formal education for Thai labour working in foreign countries in foundation course for elementary education, lower secondary school and upper secondary school. Voluntary teacher holding Education Degree and persons and persons having knowledge and experiences also helped summarize the essences to students in first semester 2011 (June-October 2011) There were totally 74 students from Hong Kong and Macau
