On Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 09.30 hours, Yasothorn Provincial Governor Mr. Cholthee Yangtrong chaired the opening of the TO BE NUMBER ONE festival for Yasothorn in 2022. The Deputy Yasothorn Provincial Public Health Doctor, heads of government agencies, district chiefs, subdistrict public health officers, representatives of directors from educational institutions, the president of the local government organization, the TO BE NUMBER ONE staff, teachers, and students joined the opening ceremony at the Withi Isan Hall, Yasothorn City Hall.
The Yasothorn Labour Officer, Mrs. Aporn Seela, also joined the commencement of the festival.
