กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน จัดพิธีมอบถ้วยรางวัลพระราชทาน สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ให้แก่สถานประกอบกิจการที่มีระบบบริหารจัดการด้านแรงงานยอดเยี่ยม ประจำปี 2566 (Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award 2023) จำนวน 2 แห่ง ที่มุ่งมั่นส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของลูกจ้าง อันจะเป็นต้นแบบให้กับสถานประกอบกิจการอื่นๆ ต่อไป
วันที่ 18 กันยายน 2566 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบรางวัลสถานประกอบกิจการที่มีระบบบริหารจัดการด้านแรงงานยอดเยี่ยม ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2566 (Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award 2023) ณ ห้องประชุมกระทรวงแรงงาน ชั้น 5 โดยการจัดพิธีมอบรางวัลมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประกาศเกียรติคุณเชิดชูเกียรติให้แก่สถานประกอบกิจการที่มีความมุ่งมั่นและตั้งใจพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการด้านแรงงานจนประสบผลสำเร็จและเป็นที่ประจักษ์ ซึ่งถือได้ว่าเป็นรางวัลที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันระหว่างนายจ้างและลูกจ้าง โดยในปีนี้กระทรวงแรงงานได้ขอพระราชทานถ้วยรางวัลจากสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา เจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรีสิรินธร มหาวชิราลงกรณวรราชภักดี สิริกิจการิณีพีรยพัฒน รัฐสีมาคุณากรปิยชาติ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ให้กับสถานประกอบกิจการที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเป็นสถานประกอบกิจการที่มีความมุ่งมั่นในการบริหารแรงงานอย่างเป็นมาตรฐานครบ 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านการรับรองมาตรฐานแรงงานไทย ด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์และสวัสดิการแรงงาน และด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน อันจะเป็นเกียรติยศและความภาคภูมิใจร่วมกันระหว่างนายจ้าง ลูกจ้างในสถานประกอบกิจการ อีกทั้งแสดงให้เห็นว่าสถานประกอบกิจการนั้นได้มุ่งเน้นให้ความสำคัญในการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้ใช้แรงงาน และสร้างความตระหนักรู้ที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมด้านแรงงานในทุกมิติ จนสามารถเป็นต้นแบบให้กับสถานประกอบกิจการอื่นๆ นำไปใช้เป็นแบบอย่างในการพัฒนาองค์กรให้ดียิ่งขึ้นต่อไป
ด้าน นายนิยม สองแก้ว อธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน กล่าวว่าในปีนี้มีสถานประกอบกิจการที่ได้รับรางวัลถ้วยพระราชทาน ประจำปี 2566 จำนวน 2 รางวัล คือ สถานประกอบกิจการขนาดใหญ่ ได้แก่ บริษัท โชติวัฒน์อุตสาหกรรม จำกัด (มหาชน) และสถานประกอบกิจการขนาดเล็ก ได้แก่ บริษัท อินโดรามา ปิโตรเคม จำกัด ทั้งนี้ด้วยความร่วมมือร่วมใจในการดำเนินการของสถานประกอบกิจการของทั้ง 2 แห่ง ส่งผลให้นายจ้าง ลูกจ้าง มีความสัมพันธ์อันดี ลูกจ้างมีขวัญกำลังใจในการทำงาน เสริมสร้างศักยภาพในการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับบริบทด้านแรงงานที่เปลี่ยนแปลงได้อย่างเหมาะสม ป้องกัน และลดช่องว่างการขัดแย้งด้านแรงงานที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ อันจะเป็นการยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันทางเศรษฐกิจอย่างยั่งยืน
“นอกจากนี้ กระทรวงแรงงานได้มอบรางวัลเกียรติยศให้แก่สถานประกอบกิจการที่มีการดำเนินการในกิจกรรมแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ รางวัลเกียรติยศสูงสุดสถานประกอบกิจการที่ธำรงรักษาระบบมาตรฐานแรงงานไทยต่อเนื่อง ปีที่ 15 จำนวน 12 รางวัล รางวัลเกียรติยศสูงสุดยิ่งสถานประกอบกิจการดีเด่นด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์และสวัสดิการแรงงาน ปีที่ 20 จำนวน 8 รางวัล รางวัลเกียรติยศสถานประกอบกิจการต้นแบบดีเด่นด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ระดับประเทศ ปีที่ 25 จำนวน 1 รางวัล รางวัลเกียรติยศสถานประกอบกิจการต้นแบบดีเด่นด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ระดับประเทศ ปีที่ 20 จำนวน 9 รางวัล และรางวัลรัฐวิสาหกิจดีเด่นด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ จำนวน 10 รางวัล เพื่อเป็นการประกาศเกียรติคุณและเชิดชูสถานประกอบกิจการที่สามารดำเนินการในแต่ละด้านได้อย่างดียิ่ง อันจะเป็นต้นแบบให้สถานประกอบกิจการอื่นๆ นำไปเป็นต้นแบบในการดำเนินสถานประกอบกิจการ เพื่อมุ่งไปสู่การเป็นสถานประกอบกิจการที่มีระบบบริหารจัดการด้านแรงงานให้อยู่ระดับยอดเยี่ยมต่อไป” นายนิยม กล่าวตอนท้าย
The Ministry of Labour’s Department of Labour Protection and Welfare organized a ceremony to present royal trophies by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, awarded to 2 establishments for the Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award 2023. The award is for organizations committed to promoting employees’ quality of life, which will be a model for other business establishments in the future.
On September 18, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, assigned the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, to chair the awarding ceremony for the Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award 2023 at the Ministry of Labour’s meeting room on the 5th floor. The objective of the award ceremony is to recognize and honour organizations determined to develop labour management systems until they reach success. This can be considered an award that demonstrates the unity between employers and employees. This year, the Ministry of Labour requested trophies from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for establishments that have been selected as being committed to standardizing labour management in all three areas. This consists of certification of Thai labour standards, labour relations welfare, occupational health, safety, and working environment. This will be a mutual honour and pride between employers and employees in business establishments. It also shows that the business establishment focuses on ensuring workers’ good quality of life, creating awareness of social responsibility in all dimensions of labour, and becoming a model for other business establishments for further organizational development.
The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Director-General, Mr. Niyom Songkaew, said that two establishments received the Royal Award for 2023 this year. In the large establishment category, the awardee was Chotiwat Industry Public Company Limited; for small establishments, it was Indorama Petrochem Co., Ltd. This is due to the cooperation in the operations of both business establishments, resulting in good relations between employers and employees. Employees have good morale at work, which strengthens the potential to work efficiently. Both sides can adapt to the changing labour context appropriately, preventing and reducing gaps in labour conflicts that may occur. This will raise the level of sustainable economic competitiveness.
“In addition, the Ministry of Labour has awarded honourary awards to establishments that have performed activities in each area, including the highest honour award for establishments that maintain the Thai labour standards system continuously for the 15th year, totaling 12 awards, and the highest honour award for outstanding business operations in labour relations and welfare for the 20th year, totaling eight awards. It also awarded outstanding model business establishments in occupational health, safety, and working environment at the national level for the 25th year, totaling one award, an award of honour for outstanding model business establishments on occupational health, safety, and working environment at the national level for the 20th year, totaling nine awards, and ten awards for outstanding state enterprises in labour relations. The awards honour business organizations that perform extremely well in each aspect. They will be a model for other business establishments for operating and aiming to continue being an establishment with an excellent labour management system,” Mr. Niyom concluded.
