วันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2566 เวลา 10.45 น. นายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นผู้แทนร่วมเป็นเกียรติพิธีเปิดงาน SME GP Day : รัฐพร้อมซื้อ SME พร้อมขาย โดยมี นายสุพัฒนพงษ์ พันธ์มีเชาว์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพลังงาน เป็นประธานเปิดงาน พร้อมมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณหน่วยงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างหนุน SME สูงสุด ณ HALL 8 ชั้น LG ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์
ทั้งนี้ กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นหน่วยงานที่มีการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างจาก SME สูงสุด ติดอันดับ 3 ของกลุ่ม จากทั้งหมด 351 หน่วย และเป็น 1 ใน 30 หน่วยที่มีสิทธิ์รับโล่ภายในงาน โดยมี นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน เป็นผู้รับมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งได้กล่าวว่า รางวัลนี้ เกิดจากการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในหน่วยงานที่ปฏิบัติงานตามแนวทางการปฏิบัติตามกฎกระทรวงของกรมบัญชีกลางที่มีเจตนารมณ์ ในการส่งเสริมให้หน่วยงานของรัฐสนับสนุนให้ SME เข้าถึงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และเป็นการช่วยเหลือผู้ประกอบการ SMEs โดยกำหนดให้หน่วยงานของรัฐ พิจารณาจัดซื้อจัดจ้างพัสดุจากผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ตามรายการสินค้าหรือบริการที่มีรายชื่อตามที่สำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (สสว.) ได้ขึ้นบัญชีไว้ เป็นลำดับแรก
On August 24, 2023, at 10.45 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, assigned the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, to be a representative to honour the opening ceremony of SME GP Day: The State is Ready to Buy, SMEs are Ready to Sell. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Mr. Supattanapong Punmeechaow, presided over the opening ceremony. He also awarded plaques of honour to the procurement agency that supports most SMEs. The occasion took place at HALL 8, LG Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The Ministry of Labour’s Department of Skill Development is the agency with the highest procurement from SMEs, ranked third in the group out of 351 agencies, and is 1 of 30 agencies eligible to receive a plaque at the event. The Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, received the plaque of honour. She said that this award results from personnel in the departments operating following the guidelines for compliance with the Comptroller-General’s Department’s ministerial regulations to encourage government agencies to support SMEs to access government procurement and help SMEs. It requires government agencies to first consider procuring supplies from SMEs according to the list of goods or services listed by the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP).
