วันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลา 20.30 น. นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ในฐานะนายกสมาคมแม่บ้านกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานการหมุนวงล้อออกรางวัลสลากกาชาดไทย “บัตรแรงงานเชิญรับโชค” กระทรวงแรงงาน ประจำปี 2566 โดยมี นายนันทชัย ปัญญาสุรฤทธิ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน เรือเอก สาโรจน์ คมคาย ที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย นางสาวกรจิรัฏฐ์ พงจันทร์ศธร ผู้ช่วยปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วย ผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานด้วย ณ เวทีกลาง หน้าห้องสมุดประชาชน สวนลุมพินี เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพมหานคร

สำหรับบรรยากาศกิจกรรมการออกร้านกาชาดกระทรวงแรงงาน ภายในงานกาชาด ประจำปี 2566 ที่บูธกระทรวงแรงงาน ซึ่งในวันนี้สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดกิจกรรมได้มีการจำหน่ายบัตรบิงโกในแต่ละรอบจะมีราคาตั้งแต่ 30 บาท 50 บาท และ 100 บาท ขึ้นอยู่กับมูลค่าของรางวัลในแต่ละรอบ ซึ่งผู้ร่วมสนุกเล่นเกมมีสิทธิ์ลุ้นรับของรางวัลมากมาย อาทิ สร้อยคอทองคำ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า รถจักรยาน เป็นต้น โดยในคืนสุดท้ายของการจัดงานได้รับความสนใจจากพี่น้องประชาชนจำนวนมาก ทั้งนี้ มีรายได้จากการจำหน่ายบัตรเล่นเกมบิงโก จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 355,700 บาท ทั้งนี้ จะนำขึ้นทูลเกล้าฯ ถวายสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี โดยเสด็จพระราชกุศลบำรุงสภากาชาดไทยต่อไป
On December 18, 2023, at 20.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasatian, assigned the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, as the President of the Ministry of Labour’s Housewives Association, to witness the spinning of the wheel to draw the Thai Red Cross lottery prizes for the Ministry of Labour’s “Lucky Labour Cards” in 2023. The Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Nantachai Panyasurarit, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, Legal Advisor, Lieutenant Saroj Komkhai, the Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Ms. Kornjirat Pongjansat, and the Ministry of Labour’s senior executives joined in as witnesses. The occasion took place at center stage in front of the public library, Lumpini Park, Pathumwan District, Bangkok.
The Thai Red Cross lottery draw for the Ministry of Labour’s “Lucky Labour Cards” for 2023 is as follows:

The prize for the last three digits, spun one time, was a gold necklace weighing one salung, for a total of 50 prizes. The winning numbers end in 942.
Winners can take the tickets, together with their ID card, to receive the prize from December 19, 2023, to March 18, 2024, from 09.00 to 16.00 hours. Winners can contact the Ministry of Labour’s Office of the Permanent Secretary, 4th floor, Ministry of Labour, Mitmaitri Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok, call 02232 1144, 02232 1157 (prizes not claimed within this time are considered a waiver of the right to receive the award. The Ministry of Labour’s booth at the Red Cross Fair 2023 today was hosted by the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour. They hosted rounds of Bingo, where cards were sold for 30 Baht, 50 Baht, and 100 Baht, depending on the value of the prize in each round. Those who participated in the game had the chance to win many prizes, such as gold necklaces, electrical appliances, and bicycles. On the last night of the event, there was a lot of attention from the public. The total number of bingo cards sold was valued at 355,700 baht. This will be presented to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn by continuing to make merit to nourish the Thai Red Cross Society.
