วันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2566 นายสุชาติ ชมกลิ่น รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมาย นายสุรชัย ชัยตระกูลทอง ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน “อาชีพอิสระ เพื่อคนไทยมีงานทำ” ท่ามกลางสื่อมวลชนและแขกผู้มีเกียรติ ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 5 กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยมีนายบุญชอบ สุทธมนัสวงษ์ ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน และผู้บริหารหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานร่วมพิธี
นายสุรชัย ชัยตระกูลทอง ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมการจัดหางาน จัดงาน “อาชีพอิสระ เพื่อคนไทยมีงานทำ” ขึ้นตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ที่มุ่งหวังให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงบริการของรัฐอย่างทั่วถึง โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย เป็นการสร้างโอกาสและทางเลือกในการประกอบอาชีพ ตลอดจนเปิดโลกทัศน์ด้านอาชีพ และการเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน โดยมีการจัดกิจกรรมภายในงานประกอบด้วย การมอบโล่รางวัลให้ผู้นำกลุ่มผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้านที่มีความเข้มแข็งที่เป็น Best Practice และการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการเพื่อให้ผู้สนใจได้มีแนวความรู้และแนวทางเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการกลุ่ม รวมทั้งมีการสาธิตและฝึกปฏิบัติอาชีพอิสระเพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานนำความรู้จากการฝึกปฏิบัติไปพัฒนาหรือต่อยอดในการประกอบเป็นอาชีพหลักหรืออาชีพเสริมต่อไป อีกทั้งยังมีการจัดแสดงและให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ และธุรกิจแบบ Food Truck การจัดแสดงและจำหน่ายสินค้าของกลุ่มผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้าน การให้บริการแนะแนวอาชีพ ให้คำปรึกษาด้านอาชีพ การทดสอบความพร้อมทางอาชีพ การเรียนรู้อาชีพเสมือนจริง และการจำลองการทำงานของกลุ่มเปราะบาง (คนพิการ) ซึ่งทั้งหมดตอบสนองต่อการบรรลุเป้าหมายยุทธศาสตร์ชาติด้านการพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และแผนแม่บทด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพคนตลอดช่วงชีวิต
“ประเทศไทยจำเป็นต้องมีทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีคุณภาพ มีความรู้ สมรรถนะและทักษะที่สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ สามารถปรับตัวให้ใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างมีความสุข ท่ามกลางความเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งกระทรวงแรงงานมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเตรียมความพร้อมแก่กำลังแรงงาน ให้คนรุ่นใหม่ และประชาชน ทุกเพศ ทุกวัย คุ้นเคยกับสภาวะการทำงานรูปแบบใหม่ที่หลากหลายและมีทางเลือกมากขึ้น ให้แรงงานได้รับการส่งเสริมด้านรายได้ มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี และมีความสุขอย่างยั่งยืน” ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าว
ด้านนายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวว่า ขอเชิญนักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนทุกคนที่กำลังมองหาไอเดียในการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ เที่ยวชมงาน “อาชีพอิสระ เพื่อคนไทยมีงานทำ” ที่จัดขึ้นในวันนี้ ได้ตั้งแต่ เวลา 09.00 -16.00 น. ที่กระทรวงแรงงาน ถนนมิตรไมตรี ดินแดง โดยกรมการจัดหางานได้เตรียมกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจและเป็นประโยชน์ อย่างการทดลองฝึกปฏิบัติอาชีพอิสระ อาทิ การทำเก้าอี้สวยด้วยโมเสก การทำบุหงาอบแห้ง การเพ้นท์เสื้อยืดลายแฟนซี การทำบาล์มจากสีผึ้ง การทำข้อมือคริสตัลแฟชั่นเกาหลี เป็นต้น เลือกช็อปผลิตภัณฑ์ดีๆ จากกลุ่มผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้าน ที่มาให้บริการจำนวน 50 กลุ่ม อาทิ กลุ่มจักสานบ้านสระตลุง กลุ่มทอผ้าบ้านนาเมือง กลุ่มผึ้งงานกระจูดบ้านห้วยลึก และชิมอาหารอร่อยๆ จาก Food Truck และแฟรนไชส์ที่จำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่มภายในงานถึง 10 ร้านค้า อาทิ ร้าน The Ribs (เนื้อย่างโคขุน) ร้านบ้านฉันสเต๊กเฮ้าส์ ร้านกุ้งอบวุ้นเส้นเศรษฐี และร้านร่ำรวย (อบวุ้นเส้นและเย็นตาโฟ) ซึ่งกรมการจัดหางานเชื่อว่า ทุกคนที่มาร่วมงานจะได้ไอเดีย ได้ความรู้ ผลิตภัณฑ์ดีๆ จากกลุ่มผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้าน ติดไม้ติดมือกลับไปแน่นอน หรือหากใครที่มาร่วมงานไม่ได้สามารถติดตาม Live สด การจำหน่ายสินค้าของกลุ่มผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้านได้ที่เพจ Facebook : กรมการจัดหางาน หรือสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ สายด่วนกระทรวงแรงงาน โทร 1506 กด 2 กรมการจัดหางาน
On August 18, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, assigned the Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, to preside over the opening ceremony of “Independent Careers for Thai People’s Employment” among the media and distinguished guests at the meeting room on the 5th floor of the Ministry of Labour. The Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, the Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasatian, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives joined the ceremony.
The Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, said that the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Employment organized the “Independent Careers for Thai People’s Employment” event following the government’s policy which aims to provide citizens access to government services comprehensively, free of charge. It strives to create opportunities and career choices and open up professional horizons and preparation before entering the labour market. The event consisted of awarding plaques to leaders of homeworker groups who are strong in best practices and transferring management knowledge so that interested parties have awareness and guidelines about group management. There were also demonstrations and freelance practices for participants to apply their knowledge from the practice to develop or further develop into a main or additional occupation. There was also an exhibition and knowledge sharing about running a franchise business and a food truck business, displaying and selling products for home-based contractors, career guidance services, career counseling, career readiness assessments, virtual career learning, and a simulation of the work of vulnerable groups (with disabilities). The activities respond to the national strategic goals on human resource development and Empowerment and the master plan for human potential development throughout life.
“Thailand needs to have quality human resources equipped with knowledge, competencies, and skills consistent with the changes so that they can adapt to live happily amid rapid changes. The Ministry of Labour plays an important role in preparing the workforce for new generations and people of all genders and ages to become familiar with a new variety of working conditions and to have more options. It strives to provide workers with income and support them to have a good quality of life and sustainable happiness,” said the Assistant to the Labour Minister.
The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasatian, invited students and the general public who are looking for ideas for self-employment to visit the “Independent Careers for Thai People’s Employment” event today from 09.00 to 16.00 hours at the Ministry of Labour, Mitmaitri Road, Din Daeng. The Department of Employment has prepared engaging and useful activities like trying out independent occupations such as making a beautiful chair with mosaics, drying potpourri, fancy t-shirt painting, making honey balm, making crystal bracelets, and Korean fashion, for example. Participants can shop for quality products from 50 homeworker groups, such as the Ban Sa Talung Weaving Group, the Ban Na Mueang Weaving Group, and the Ban Huay Luek Worker Bee Group, and taste delicious food from up to 10 food trucks and franchises selling food and beverages at the event, such as The Ribs (Yakon Beef), Ban Chan Steakhouse, Sethi Baked Prawns with Vermicelli and Ram Ruay (boiled vermicelli and yentafo). The Department of Employment believes that everyone who attends the event will get ideas, knowledge, and good products from the group of homeworkers.
