วันที่ 30 สิงหาคม 2566 นายสุเทพ ชิตยวงษ์ เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานพิธีเปิดโครงการมหกรรม Skill Expo พลิกโฉมการพัฒนาคนสู่โลกยุคใหม่ โดยมี นายสุทธิ สุโกศล ประจำสำนักเลขาธิการนายกรัฐมนตรีปฏิบัติหน้าที่ประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน นางเธียรรัตน์ นะวะมะวัฒน์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน (ฝ่ายการเมือง) นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน และผู้บริหารสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ร่วมในงาน ณ ห้องประชุมกระทรวงแรงงาน ชั้น 5 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
นายสุเทพ ชิตยวงษ์ เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยว่า โครงการมหกรรมSkill Expo พลิกโฉมการพัฒนาคนสู่โลกยุคใหม่นี้ กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ได้มีการจัดงานกระจายไปทั้ง 5 ภูมิภาค 9 จังหวัด ในส่วนของวันนี้จะอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นการจัดงานส่วนของภาคกลาง โดยการจัดงาน มหกกรรม Skill Expo ในครั้งนี้มุ่งหวังให้เป็นพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีในอนาคต รวมทั้งเป็นการกระตุ้นให้กลุ่มแรงงานในระบบและนอกระบบ สถานประกอบกิจการ และประชาชนที่มาชมงาน รวมถึงสถานประกอบกิจการหรือภาคธุรกิจในพื้นที่ปรับตัวให้มีความพร้อมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีขับเคลื่อนประเทศ ซึ่งจะส่งผลดีต่อภาพรวมเศรษฐกิจในระดับประเทศ จังหวัดภูมิภาค และชุมชน รองรับการปรับเปลี่ยนสู่อุตสาหกรรมและบริการแห่งอนาคตที่สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มสูง ตลอดจนเป็นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพให้แรงงานไทย และยกระดับคุณภาพมาตรฐานสินค้าและบริการของไทยให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีในอนาคต
นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า กิจกรรมภายในงานวันนี้ ประกอบด้วย การเสวนา “พลิกโฉมการพัฒนาคนสู่โลกยุคใหม่” การแนะนำการสร้างรายได้ง่าย ๆ ด้วยร้านค้า Tiktok Shop โดยโค้ชซุปเปอร์แบงค์ การจัดนิทรรศการแสดงสินค้าเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล จากผู้ประกอบกิจการหลากหลายประเภท อาทิ บริษัท ดิจิตอล ไดอะล็อก จัดแสดงเครื่องมือสำหรับการบริหารจัดการข้อมูล Big data อย่างชาญฉลาด ทำให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถวิเคราะห์และบริหารจัดการข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ขององค์กรได้โดยการเขียนโค้ดสั้น ๆบริษัท อินเทลลิจิสต์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ผู้ให้บริการด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ บริษัท วินท์คอม เทคโนโลยีจำกัด (มหาชน) จัดแสดง Big Data Analytics Platform ที่ทุก ๆ องค์กรสามารถเข้าถึงและใช้งานได้ง่าย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการประมวลผล และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการทำงานและอื่นๆ ที่น่าสนใจอีกมากมาย พร้อมนำสินค้ามาจัดสาธิตภายในงาน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการลงนามความร่วมมือร่วมกับหน่วยงานเครือข่าย การเปิดตัวโครงการประกวดสื่อการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน และการมอบวุฒิบัตรแก่ผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรธุรกิจการขนส่งและการค้าระหว่างประเทศ และหลักสูตรการขนส่งทางทะเลและทางอากาศ ตามโครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านโลจิสติกส์รองรับธุรกิจขนส่งและการค้าระหว่างประเทศ
การจัดโครงการดังกล่าว ยังมีการจัดขึ้นอีก 3 จังหวัด นั่นคือ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จัดขึ้นวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2566 ณ ห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัลพลาซา นครราชสีมา จังหวัดภูเก็ต จัดขึ้นวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2566 ณ สวนนวมินทรราชา อ.ถลาง จ.ภูเก็ต และจังหวัดสุดท้ายคือ จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร จัดขึ้นในวันที่ 4 กันยายน 2566 ที่จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ณ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคสมุทรสาคร จึงขอเชิญชวนพี่น้องแรงงาน สถานประกอบกิจการ หน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษาและประชาชนทั่วไปที่สนใจเข้าร่วมงาน มหกรรม Skill Expo พลิกโฉมการพัฒนาคนสู่โลกยุคใหม่ได้ตามจังหวัดที่กล่าวข้างต้น นางสาวบุปผา กล่าวทิ้งท้าย
On August 30, 2023, the Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Suthep Chitvong, chaired the Skill Expo project opening ceremony, transforming human development for the modern world. Assistant Minister from the Prime Minister’s Office, performing duties for the Ministry of Labour, Mr. Suthi Sukosol, the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson (on Politics), Mrs. Thienrat Navamawat, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives joined the occasion at the Ministry of Labour’s meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
The Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Suthep Chitvong, revealed that the Skill Expo project transforming human development for the modern world, organized by the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Skill Development, has scheduled the event in 9 provinces covering all five regions. Today’s event was in Bangkok, in the central region. This Skill Expo was organized to be a space to exchange knowledge, innovation, and technology in the future, as well as to encourage formal and informal workers, business establishments, and the event’s participants, including establishments or business sectors in the area, adjust and adapt to technology to drive the country. This will benefit the overall national, provincial, regional, and community economy to support the transformation into future industries and services that create high-added value. It also supports the increasing efficiency of Thai workers, upgrading the quality and standard of Thai products and services in line with market demands and changes in technology in the future.
The Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, added that the activities within today’s event include a discussion on “transforming human development into the modern world” and an introduction to creating easy income via Tiktok Shop by the coach, Super Bank. There was also an exhibition of products related to digital technology from a variety of business operators, such as Digital Dialog, showcasing tools for smart big data management, allowing users to analyze and manage their organization’s big data by writing short lines of code, Inteligist Company Public Company Limited, an electronics service provider. There was also Vintcom Technology Public Company Limited, showcasing its Big Data Analytics Platform that every organization can easily access and use to increase processing efficiency and work safety. Products were being demonstrated at the event, including the signing of a cooperation agreement with network agencies, the launch of the skill development media contest project, and the awarding of certificates to those who have completed training courses in transportation and international trade and sea and air transportation courses, following the logistics personnel development project to support the transportation business and international trade.
The project is also scheduled in another three provinces, including Nakhon Ratchasima on August 31, 2023, at Central Plaza Department Store, Nakhon Ratchasima, in Phuket on September 1, 2023, at Nawaminthracha Park, Thalang District, Phuket Province, and in Samut Sakhon on September 4, 2023, at Samut Sakhon Technical College. Ms. Bubpha invited workers, business establishments, and various agencies, including the government, private sector, educational institutions, and the general public, interested in participating in the Skill Expo, transforming human development for the modern world in the provinces mentioned above.
