วันที่ 6 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 เวลา 13.00 น. นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ให้การต้อนรับ นายวิโรจน์ ตุลาพันธุ์ อธิบดีผู้พิพากษาศาลแรงงานกลาง นายอดุลย์ ขันทอง ผู้พิพากษาศาลฎีกา นายปรัชญา อยู่ประเสริฐ ผู้พิพากษาอาวุโสในศาลแพ่ง นางเปี่ยมพร้อม สุขภิมนตรี รองอธิบดีผู้พิพากษาศาลแรงงานกลาง และคณะ ในโอกาสเข้าพบเพื่อหารือแนวทางกระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยก่อนฟ้องในศาลแรงงานให้แก่กระทรวงแรงงานทราบและประชาสัมพันธ์กระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทแรงงานของศาล ระหว่าง นายจ้างกับลูกจ้าง โดยมี นางสาวกาญจนา พูลแก้ว รองอธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน พร้อมหน่วยงานด้านกฎหมายในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องประชุมปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ชั้น 7 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
On February 6, 2024, at 13.00 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Pairoj Chotiksetian, welcomed the Chief of Justice of the Central Labour Court, Mr. Wirot Tulaphan, Judge of the Supreme Court, Mr. Adul Khanthong, Senior Judge of the Civil Court, Mr. Pratchaya Yooprasert, Deputy Chief of Justice of the Central Labour Court, Mrs. Piamprom Sukphimontri, and delegation, on the occasion of a meeting to discuss guidelines for the mediation process before filing a lawsuit in the Labour Court, to inform the Ministry of Labour and publicize the court’s labour dispute mediation process between employers and employees. The Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Deputy Director-General, Ms. Kanchana Poonkaew, and legal agencies under the Ministry of Labour attended the meeting at the Permanent Secretary of Labour’s meeting room, 7th floor, Ministry of Labour.
