วันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 เวลา 09.00 น. นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในกิจกรรมขอพระราชทานน้อมแสดงความจงรักภักดีแด่สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี โดยมี นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน อธิบดีทุกกรม ผู้บริหาร ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่กระทรวงแรงงาน และเครือข่ายสหภาพแรงงาน องค์กรนายจ้าง ลูกจ้างทั่วประเทศ พร้อมใจกันสวมเสื้อสีม่วงร่วมแสดงพลังจงรักภักดีสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณแด่สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี เทิดทูนสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ อันเป็นที่รักยิ่งของปวงชนชาวไทย ณ ลานพระพุทธสุทธิธรรมบพิตร ด้านหน้าอาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
โดย นายพิพัฒน์ อ่านแถลงการณ์กระทรวงแรงงาน ประกาศเจตจำนงปกป้องสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ความว่า ข้าพระพุทธเจ้า นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ เครือข่ายอาสาสมัครแรงงาน และเครือข่ายภาคประชาชน ในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ต่างมีความปลื้มปิติที่ได้มาร่วมแสดงความจงรักภักดีในวันนี้ สถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ถือเป็นสถาบันหลักของชาติ เป็นที่ยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจของประชาชนชาวไทยมาเป็นระยะเวลายาวนาน การรักษาความมั่นคงสถาบันหลักของชาติ ถือเป็นหน้าที่ของคนไทยทุกคน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในการพิทักษ์และเทิดทูนสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ อันเป็นศูนย์รวมจิตใจของคนไทยทั้งชาติ ให้ดำรงอยู่คู่ประเทศชาติอย่างมั่นคงตลอดไป
สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารีได้ทรงสละความสุขส่วนพระองค์ และทรงมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในด้านต่าง ๆ และได้สืบสาน รักษา และต่อยอดโครงการตามพระราชดำริของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร โดยทรงพระกรุณาสงเคราะห์ให้ความช่วยเหลือแรงงาน และแรงงานผู้พิการ เพื่อให้ความรู้ พัฒนาศักยภาพ ทักษะฝีมือแก่ช่างกายอุปกรณ์ และช่างเครื่องช่วยคนพิการได้เพียงพอกับความต้องการ และทรงพระกรุณารับเป็นองค์อุปถัมภ์ในการสงเคราะห์ ช่วยเหลือลูกจ้าง คนงานที่พิการให้ได้รับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพในการทำงาน รวมถึงพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพให้กับผู้ว่างงาน คนงานที่ต้องการพัฒนาทักษะ จนเป็นที่ประจักษ์
“กระทรวงแรงงานได้น้อมนำพระจริยวัตรของพระองค์ คือ พระเมตตาและความเอาพระทัยใส่ในชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชน และพระราชปณิธานที่มุ่งมั่นในการช่วยเหลือประชาชนและผู้ที่เดือดร้อนทุกคน นำมาขับเคลื่อนการทำงานของกระทรวงในโอกาสนี้ จึงขอพระราชทานน้อมแสดงความจงรักภักดีแด่ สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ผู้ทรงเป็นที่รักยิ่งของปวงชนชาวไทยปวงข้าพระพุทธเจ้า ผู้บริหาร ข้าราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่กระทรวงแรงงาน จักขอเทิดทูนปกป้อง และรักษาไว้ซึ่งสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ตลอดไป” นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวแถลงการณ์
ทั้งนี้ ภายหลังอ่านแถลงการณ์แล้ว นายพิพัฒน์ฯ ยังได้นำผู้บริหาร ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้แก่ สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน กรมการจัดหางาน กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน กรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน สำนักงานประกันสังคม และสถาบันส่งเสริมความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน (องค์การมหาชน) และเครือข่ายแรงงานทั่วประเทศ โดยร่วมกันกล่าวแสดงความจงรักภักดี “ทรงพระเจริญ” จำนวน 3 ครั้ง เสียงดังกึกก้องไปทั่วกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมทั้งโบกธงชาติไทยและธงสีม่วงพระนามาภิไธยย่อ “ส.ธ.” เพื่อร่วมกันแสดงพลังถวายกำลังใจแด่สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี และแสดงออกถึงความจงรักภักดีต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันที่มีคุณูปการนำพาคนไทยสร้างชาติ รักษาเอกราช วัฒนธรรม ความเป็นไทยให้คงอยู่รอดมาจนถึงทุกวันนี้ และได้เชิญชวนนายจ้าง ลูกจ้าง ผู้ประกันตน สหภาพแรงงาน และเครือข่ายแรงงานทั่วประเทศ ได้รวมพลังแสดงความจงรักภักดี ถวายแด่กรมสมเด็จพระเทพฯ ผู้ทรงเป็นที่รักยิ่งของปวงชนชาวไทยตลอดไป
“วันนี้เราได้มีการรวมตัวกันของผู้ใช้แรงงานโดยใน 76 จังหวัด และกรุงเทพมหานครที่เราได้จัดกิจกรรมการถวายความจงรักภักดีนี้ขึ้นที่กระทรวงแรงงาน ผมมั่นใจว่ากิจกรรมการถวายความจงรักภักดีกับสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันหลักของประเทศไทยมีผู้ออกมาแสดงความจงรักภักดีในนามของกระทรวงแรงงาน ในนามของผู้ใช้แรงงานทั่วประเทศไทยกว่า 100,000 คน” นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าว
On February 16, 2024, at 09.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, presided over the activity to express loyalty to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasatian, the Director-General of every department, administrators, civil servants, and officials under the Ministry of Labour, labour union networks, employer organizations, and employees from all over the country united in wearing purple shirts to show strength, loyalty, and appreciation to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, in honour of the monarchy, most beloved by the Thai people. The occasion took place at the Phra Phuttha Sutthithambophit area in front of the Ministry of Labour’s building.
Mr. Phiphat read the Ministry of Labour’s statement and intent to protect the monarchy. He said, “I, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, along with the Ministry of Labour’s civil servants and officials, labor volunteer networks, and public sector networks, are delighted to join in showing their devotion today. The monarchy is the main institution of the nation. It has been an anchor in the minds of Thai people for a long time. Maintaining the security of the nation’s main institutions is considered the duty of every Thai person, especially in protecting and honouring the monarchy, which is the center of the minds of the Thai people throughout the nation, to live firmly with the nation forever.”
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn has sacrificed her happiness and is committed to improving the quality of life of the people in various areas. She has continued, maintained, and expanded the projects under the royal initiative of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great. Her Royal Highness has graciously assisted workers and workers with disabilities, providing knowledge and developing the potential and skills of prosthetic technicians and mechanics to help disabled people adequately meet their needs. Her Royal Highness has graciously accepted it as a patron in assisting employees and disabled workers receive rehabilitation to work, including developing vocational skills for the unemployed and workers who want to develop their skills.
“The Ministry of Labour has embraced Her Royal Highnesses ethics, which are kindness and concern for the lives and well-being of the people, including her determination to help all people and those in distress. Therefore, I would like to express my loyalty to you, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, who is very beloved by all Thai people, executives, civil servants, and officials of the Ministry of Labour, and who will honour and protect Her Royal Highness, and preserve the monarchy forever,” Mr. Phiphat said in his statement.
After reading the statement, Mr. Phipat brought executives, civil servants, and officials from agencies under the Ministry of Labour, including the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour, the Department of Employment, the Department of Skill Development, the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, the Social Security Office, the Thailand Institute Of Occupational Safety And Health (Public Organization), and labour networks throughout the country expressed their loyalty together. They chanted “Long Live the King” three times, loud and reverberating throughout the Ministry of Labour. Participants waved the Thai flag and the purple flag with the royal monogram Her Royal Highness’s initials, showing encouragement to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and expressing loyalty to the monarchy. This is an institution that has led the Thai people to build the nation and preserve independence, culture, and Thainess to its survival today. He invited employers, employees, insured persons, labour unions and labour networks throughout the country to gather their strength to show loyalty to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn who is dearly loved by the Thai people forever.
“Today, we have gathered together workers in 76 provinces and Bangkok, where we have organized this activity to show our loyalty to the Ministry of Labour. I am confident that the activities showing loyalty to the monarchy, which is the main institution of Thailand, have people who have come out to express their loyalty on behalf of the Ministry of Labour, with over 100,000 workers throughout Thailand,” Mr. Phiphat said.
