วันที่ 31 มกราคม 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ลงพื้นที่รับฟังบรรยายสรุปผลการดำเนินงานและเยี่ยมชมระบบการผลิตเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ โดยเทคโนโลยีชั้นสูง โดยมี นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นายนันทชัย ปัญญาสุรฤทธิ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายอำนาจ เจริญศรี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดชลบุรี พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วม นายวิรัตน์ ศรีอมรกิจกุล กรรมการบริหารบริษัท อนาล็อก ดีไวเซส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด คณะผู้บริหาร พนักงาน และหัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดชลบุรี ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ บริษัท อนาล็อก ดีไวเซส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า ในวันนี้ผมพร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารกระทรวงแรงงาน ได้ลงพื้นที่มาเยี่ยมบริษัทอนาล็อก ดีไวเซส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ซึ่งผมขอชื่นชมบริษัทแห่งนี้ที่เป็นโรงงานสีเขียว ตอบโจทย์นโยบาย BCG ที่ดำเนินธุรกิจควบคู่ไปกับการคำนึงถึงสิ่งแวดล้อม ที่สำคัญเป็นสถานที่ที่รองรับน้องๆ วิศวกรรุ่นใหม่ ที่มีความสามารถและสนใจที่จะทำงานด้านเทคโนโลยี ให้สามารถเป็นสถานที่ฝึกอบรม ซึ่งกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานยินดีที่จะได้ร่วมมือและขอรับการสนับสนุนจากบริษัทในนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ มาเป็นต้นแบบในการผลิตแรงงานเพื่อรองรับอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยีดังกล่าวต่อไป สำหรับบริษัทอนาล็อก ดีไวเซส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เป็นสถานประกอบการผลิตชิ้นส่วนและอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่เป็นต้นน้ำของการผลิตอุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์เพื่อการส่งออก ปัจจุบันมีพนักงาน 1,027 คน บริษัทได้สนับสนุนเครื่องเทสและเครื่อง Handler ให้กระทรวงแรงงานเพื่อให้สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 3 ชลบุรี นำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาทักษะ Up skill และผลิตวิศวกรช่างเทคนิค สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คนรุ่นใหม่สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ ซึ่งกระทรวงแรงงานได้ร่วมกับภาคเอกชน และสถาบันการศึกษาในการผลักดันการพัฒนาทักษะฝีมือแรงงาน Up skill/ Re skill /Future skill ให้พนักงานในสถานประกอบการ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มแรงงานใหม่ และนักศึกษาอาชีวะให้เป็นแรงงานคุณภาพรองรับเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต ซึ่งแรงงานเหล่านี้เป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจ โดยใช้การพัฒนาทักษะกำลังคนที่สอดคล้องกับนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ มายกระดับภาคอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมายในพื้นที่อีอีซีเพื่อเพิ่มขีดสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ ซึ่งเป็นที่น่ายินดีที่บริษัทมีตำแหน่งงานรองรับน้องๆ แรงงานรุ่นใหม่ กว่า 1,500 ตำแหน่ง อาทิ วิศวกร ช่างเทคนิค โดยเน้นศักยภาพของผู้ที่มีความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยี รวมทั้งร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยรับนักศึกษาเข้าฝึกงาน 8 เดือน มีเงินเดือนพร้อมสวัสดิการให้และเมื่อฝึกงานจบรับเข้าทำงานทันที
จากนั้น นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน และคณะ ยังได้ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมชมบริษัท ทีบีเคเค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด นิคมอมตะซิตี้ อ.พานทอง จ.ชลบุรี โดยมี นายมาซาโนบุ โอซาวะ ประธานบริหาร และพนักงาน ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ โดยบริษัทแห่งนี้เป็นสถานประกอบกิจการผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์และเครื่องจักรกลการเกษตร ปัจจุบันมีพนักงาน 1,125 คน รมว.แรงงาน และคณะ ได้เยี่ยมชมการดำเนินการด้านการพัฒนาแรงงานและแรงงานสัมพันธ์เชิงรุกด้วย EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE MODEL ซึ่งบริษัทแห่งนี้เป็นต้นแบบองค์กรสุขภาวะระดับเงิน ได้รับรางวัลรักษามาตรฐานพร้อมต้นแบบระดับเพชรปีที่ 3 นอกจากนี้ ยังได้เยี่ยมชมโครงการทวิภาคี สร้างงานสร้างอาชีพ เยี่ยมชมชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน ศูนย์พัฒนาบุคลากร และศูนย์ดูแลเด็ก โดยบริษัทแห่งนี้ยังได้ส่งเสริมให้คนพิการเข้าทำงานตามมาตรา 33 และมาตรา 35 แห่ง พ.ร.บ.ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการฯ รวมทั้งส่งเสริมให้ผู้สูงอายุที่มีทักษะความรู้ความสามารถและประสบการณ์ได้ทำงานในสถานประกอบการในงานที่เหมาะสมกับผู้สูงอายุอีกด้วย
On January 31, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, visited the area to receive a briefing on operational performance and toured the semiconductor production system using high technology. The Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Nantachai Panyasurarit, the Deputy Governor of Chonburi Province, Mr. Amnat Charoensri, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives joined the occasion. The Executive Director of Analog Devices (Thailand) Company Limited, Mr. Wirat Sriamornkitkul, the executive committee, employees, and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Chonburi Province joined in giving a welcome at Analog Devices (Thailand) Company Limited, Mueang District, Chonburi Province.
Mr. Phiphat said that today, he and the Ministry of Labour’s executives paid a visit to Analog Devices (Thailand) Company Limited. He commended the company for being a green factory in response to the BCG policy of conducting business in tandem with consideration for the environment. Most importantly, it is a place that supports the new generation of engineers who have the capabilities and interest in working in technology to have the ability to use the location as a place for training. The Ministry of Labour’s Department of Skill Development is pleased to work with the company and request support in bringing new technology to be a model for producing workers to support the technology industry in the future. Analog Devices (Thailand) Co., Ltd. produces electronic components and equipment that are the upstream part of the semiconductor production industry for export. Currently, it has 1,027 employees. The company has supported testers and handlers to the Ministry of Labour for the Chonburi Skill Development Institute 3 to use in developing skills and producing engineers and technicians in electronics, which is a new generation for the semiconductor industry. The Ministry of Labour has collaborated with the private sector and educational institutions in pushing forward the development of upskill, reskill, and future skills for employees in the workplace, especially the new worker group and vocational students, to be quality workers to support the industrial technology of the future. These workers are an important force in driving the economy. It uses the development of manpower skills that are consistent with innovations to raise the level of the target industrial sectors in the EEC area to increase the country’s competitiveness. It is pleasing that the company has job positions to support over n 1,500 new-generation workers, such as engineers and technicians, emphasizing the potential of those with technology abilities. It also collaborates with universities, accepting students for 8-month internships, with a salary and benefits provided. When the internship ends, they will be ready for immediate employment.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, and the delegation then visited TBKK (Thailand) Company Limited in Amata City Industrial Estate, Phan Thong District, Chonburi Province. The Executive Chairman, Mr. Masanobu Ozawa, and employees joined in giving a welcome. This company is a manufacturing business for automobile parts and agricultural machinery. It currently employs 1,125 employees. The Labour Minister and delegation observed the implementation of proactive labour development and labour relations with the employee experience model. This company is a silver-level model health organization. It received a diamond-level award for being a model in maintaining standards for three consecutive years. In addition, they also visited bilateral projects on creating jobs and careers, the To Be Number One association, the personnel development center, and the child care center. This company also encourages people with disabilities to work according to Section 33 and Section 35 of the Person with Disability’s Empowerment Act. It supports elderly people to have skills, knowledge, ability, and experience to work in establishments in jobs suitable for them.
