วันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน “สร้างงาน และเส้นทาง สู่อาชีพจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา” โดยมี นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวรายงาน นายประพันธ์ ตรีบุบผา รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายภูมิพัฒน์ เหมือนจันทร์ โฆษกกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วย ผู้บริหารกระทรวงแรงงาน และหัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาร่วมเป็นเกียรติและให้การต้อนรับ ณ ศูนย์การค้าอยุธยาชิตี้พาร์ค ชั้น 2 ตำบลคลองสวนพลู อำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา
นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เปิดเผยว่า การจัดงาน “สร้างงาน และเส้นทางสู่อาชีพ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา” ในครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการขับเคลื่อนสู่เป้าหมายการจ้างงาน 1 ล้านอัตรา ภายในปี 2567 ด้วยการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมให้คนหางาน และสถานประกอบการที่มีตำแหน่งงานว่าง มีโอกาสมาพบกัน พร้อมกับดึงเด็กนักเรียน นักศึกษาในพื้นที่โดยรอบที่กำลังจะเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน มาร่วมกิจกรรมที่ทำให้รู้จักตนเอง รู้ความถนัด ทราบแนวโน้มตลาดแรงงานในอนาคต เพื่อเตรียมตัวได้อย่างเหมาะสม ซึ่งจังหวัดอยุธยา ถือเป็นจังหวัดที่มีความเหมาะสมในการจัดงานอย่างมาก เนื่องจากเป็นเขตพื้นที่เศรษฐกิจสำคัญของภาคกลาง เป็นศูนย์กลางอุตสาหกรรม ท่องเที่ยว งานหัตถกรรมไทย วิสาหกิจชุมชน และแหล่งเพาะปลูกพืชเศรษฐกิจ ทำให้มีสถานประกอบการมากกว่า 7,000 แห่งและมีความต้องการจ้างงานแรงงานจำนวนมาก ดึงดูดแรงงานจากจังหวัดใกล้เคียงและภูมิภาคต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศเคลื่อนย้ายสู่อยุธยา กระทรวงแรงงานจึงเลือกอยุธยาเป็นจุดยุทธศาสตร์สำคัญ ในการจัดงานเพื่อให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงบริการภาครัฐได้อย่างสะดวก และเกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนทุกกลุ่ม
ด้านนายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวว่า ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจจำนวนมาก อาทิ การรับสมัครและสัมภาษณ์งานโดยตรงกับนายจ้าง สถานประกอบการในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง จำนวน 68 บริษัท มีตำแหน่งงานว่าง 10,151 อัตรา อาทิ ตำแหน่งวิศวกร เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี ช่างเทคนิค พนักงานคลังสินค้า พนักงานขายสินค้า พนักงานฝ่ายผลิต ฯลฯ และงานที่คนเจนเนอเรชั่นใหม่
ให้ความสนใจอย่างการไปทำงานต่างประเทศ พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาและรับลงทะเบียนผู้สนใจไปทำงานต่างประเทศ การสาธิตอาชีพและฝึกปฏิบัติอาชีพอิสระวันละ 20 อาชีพ อาทิ งานนวดไทย งานตัดผม การทำโรตีสายไหม นิทรรศการแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อสำหรับนักเรียนนักศึกษาที่ใกล้เรียนจบ บริการแนะแนวอาชีพ การทดสอบความพร้อมทางอาชีพและทดสอบภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสมัครงาน บริการแบบวัดบุคลิกภาพเพื่อการศึกษาต่อและการเลือกอาชีพ นิทรรศการโลกของอาชีพและการเรียนรู้เสมือนจริง การให้คำปรึกษาแหล่งเงินทุนในการประกอบอาชีพ และการให้บริการของหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงาน การจัดแสดงและจำหน่ายสินค้าของผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้าน หาไอเดียการทำธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์น่าลงทุน รวมทั้งกิจกรรมการแข่งขันตอบปัญหาชิงรางวัล ซึ่งคาดว่าจะมีผู้ให้ความสนใจเข้าร่วมงานอย่างน้อย 2,500 คน

On February 15, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, chaired the opening ceremony of the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Ayutthaya” event. The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, gave a report. The Deputy Governor of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Mr. Praphan Tribubpha, the Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson, Mr. Phumiphat Mueanchan, the Ministry of Labour’s executives and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province attended the occasion and have a welcome at the Ayutthaya City Park Shopping Center, 2nd floor, Khlong Suan Phlu Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, said that the objective of the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Ayutthaya” event is part of the drive to increase employment by 1 million positions in 2024. The event activities aim to give jobseekers and companies with job vacancies a chance to meet and encourage students in the surrounding area who are about to enter the workforce to join the activities that will allow them to get to know themselves and their skills. It also allows participants to gain insight into future labor market trends to prepare properly. Ayutthaya Province is suitable for organizing such events as it is an important economic area of the central region. It is a center of industry, tourism, Thai handicrafts, community enterprises, and cultivation areas for economic crops. As a result, there are over 7,000 companies with a high demand for workers. It attracts workers from nearby provinces and regions and from all over the country to move to Ayutthaya. The Ministry of Labour, therefore, chose Ayutthaya as an important strategic location to organize the event to allow people to conveniently access government services for the benefit of all groups of people.
The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, said that there were many interesting activities at the event, such as direct job applications and interviews with employers and companies in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province and nearby provinces. There were a total of 68 companies with 10,151 vacancies, such as engineering positions, accounting staff, technicians, warehouse staff, salespeople, and production staff. The new generation was interested in overseas jobs. The event also has advice and applications for those interested in working abroad. There were also demonstrations of 20 freelance careers each day, including Thai massage, hair cutting, making cotton candy, making roti, an exhibition of further education guidance for students nearing graduation, career guidance services, career readiness assessments, and English language assessments for job applications. There were personality tests for further education and career selection, an exhibition on the world of careers, and virtual learning. There were advisory services on financial resources for careers and services provided by agencies under the Ministry of Labour, including displays and product sales from homeworkers and ideas for investing in franchise businesses. There were also competitions for prizes. At least 2,500 people were expected to attend the event.
He invited job seekers, students, and the general public interested in finding work, wanting to develop their skills, and finding ideas for additional careers to join the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Ayutthaya” event from February 15 to 16, 2024, from 9.30 to 16.00 hours.
