วันที่ 19 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 เวลา 09.00 น. นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการแรงงานรัฐวิสาหกิจสัมพันธ์ ครั้งที่ 2/2567 ณ ห้องประชุมประสงค์ รณะนันทน์ ชั้น 5 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยที่ประชุมได้มีการพิจารณานายสุวิทย์ ช่วยออก ประธานสหภาพแรงงานรัฐวิสาหกิจองค์การสะพานปลา ยื่นคำร้องต่อคณะกรรมการแรงงานรัฐวิสาหกิจสัมพันธ์ กล่าวหาองค์การสะพานปลา นายจ้างกระทำการฝ่าฝืนมาตรา 35 (1) (3) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแรงงานรัฐวิสาหกิจสัมพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2543
On February 19, 2024, at 09.00 hours, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, chaired the State Enterprise Labour Relations Committee Meeting No. 2/2024 at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The meeting considered Mr. Suwit Chuayok, President of the Saphan Pla Organization State Enterprise Workers Union, who filed a complaint with the State Enterprise Labour Relations Committee, accusing the Saphan Pla Organization, the employer, of violating Section 35 (1) (3) of the State Enterprise Labour Relations Act B.E. 2543.
