วันที่ 24 มกราคม 2567 เวลา 09.30 น. นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เยี่ยมชมการให้บริการของศูนย์บริการจัดหางานเพื่อคนไทย (Smart Job Center) โดยมี นายณัฐวุฒิ ภัทรประยูร ผู้อำนวยการกองพัฒนาระบบบริการจัดหางาน กรมการจัดหางานและเจ้าหน้าที่ของศูนย์ฯ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ ศูนย์บริการจัดหางานเพื่อคนไทย กระทรวงแรงงาน
นายอารี กล่าวว่า ในวันนี้ผมได้มาเยี่ยมชมการให้บริการของศูนย์บริการจัดหางานเพื่อคนไทย ที่ให้บริการประชาชนตามจุดต่างๆ รวมทั้งเว็บไซต์ไทยมีงานทำ ซึ่งเป็นระบบ e – service ที่ให้บริการค้นหาตำแหน่งงานว่างสำหรับนักเรียน นักศึกษา และผู้ที่ต้องการหางานทำ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้เยี่ยมชมการแสดงผลิตภัณฑ์ของกลุ่มรับงานไปทำที่บ้าน ซึ่งศูนย์แห่งนี้นอกจากจะส่งเสริมการทำงานทำแล้ว ยังส่งเสริมการประกอบอาชีพอิสระให้แก่พี่น้องประชาชนที่ต้องการรวมกลุ่มกันประกอบอาชีพ กรมการจัดหางานยังส่งเสริมการจัดตั้งกลุ่มผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้านและสนับสนุนสินเชื่อดอกเบี้ยต่ำให้ด้วย
นายอารี กล่าวต่อว่า ท่านพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มีนโยบายที่ต้องการสร้างโอกาสให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่ม ทุกช่วงวัยได้เข้าถึงบริการของภาครัฐโดยเร่งสร้างโอกาส อาชีพ และการมีรายได้ที่มั่นคงก่อนเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน ตามนโยบาย “ทักษะดี มีงานทำ ประกันสังคมเด่น เน้นขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจ” กระทรวงแรงงาน กรมการจัดหางาน จึงได้พัฒนากระบวนการส่งเสริมการมีงานทำ เพื่อมุ่งเน้นให้คนไทยทุกคนมีงานทำในทุกพื้นที่และทุกช่วงวัย ในรูปแบบของศูนย์บริการจัดหางานเพื่อคนไทย ซึ่งศูนย์ฯ แห่งนี้ทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางการจ้างงานและให้บริการส่งเสริมการมีงานทำแบบครบวงจร อาทิ การให้บริการจัดหางานในประเทศ มีตำแหน่งงานออนไลน์ทั่วประเทศ บริการสัมภาษณ์งานผ่านระบบออนไลน์ รับขึ้นทะเบียนและรายงานผู้ประกันตนผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต บริการแนะแนวอาชีพนักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป ทดสอบความถนัดและความพร้อมทางอาชีพ ส่งเสริมการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ ส่งเสริมการจัดตั้งกลุ่มผู้รับงานไปทำที่บ้านและสินเชื่อดอกเบี้ยต่ำ และบริการข้อมูลข่าวสารตลาดแรงงาน มีตำแหน่งงานว่างทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้เพื่อมุ่งหวังให้ประชาชนคนไทยทุกคนมีงานทำ มีรายได้ที่มั่นคง มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี และเข้าถึงบริการของรัฐได้อย่างเท่าเทียมกัน
“กระทรวงแรงงาน จึงขอเชิญชวน ประชาชนทั่วไปที่ต้องการหางานทำ หรือต้องการประกอบอาชีพอิสระ รวมทั้งนักเรียน นักศึกษา ที่ต้องการทดสอบความพร้อมด้านอาชีพก่อนเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน สามารถมาใช้บริการที่ศูนย์บริการจัดหางานเพื่อคนไทย (Smart Job Center) ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ภายในกระทรวงแรงงานได้ในวันและเวลาราชการ ซึ่งศูนย์แห่งนี้จะช่วยต่อยอดให้นักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไปที่ต้องการมีงานทำสามารถเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีอาชีพ มีรายได้ที่มั่นคง” นายอารี กล่าว

The Director of the Employment Service System Development Division under the Department of Employment, Mr. Natthawut Phattharaprayoon, and the center’s staff joined in giving a welcome at the Smart Job Center, Ministry of Labour.
Mr. Aree said that today, he came to see the services of the Smart Job Center, which provides services to the public at various points, including the “thaimeengantum” website, which is an e-service system that allows users to search for job vacancies, including students and those who want to find work. In addition, they also visited the product display of homeworker groups. In addition to promoting work, this center promotes self-employment for citizens who want to join together to pursue a career. The Department of Employment also promotes the formation of homeworker groups and supports low-interest loans.
Mr. Aree said that the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, has policies that aim to create opportunities for all groups of people across all ages to have access to government services. The efforts include creating career opportunities and stable income before entering the workforce, according to the policy of “quality skills for employment and outstanding social security, focused on driving the economy.” Therefore, the Ministry of Labour’s Department of Employment has developed a process to promote employment that focuses on ensuring Thai people in all areas and at every age have work. It has created the Smart Job Center, which serves as an employment center that provides comprehensive employment promotion services, such as providing employment services within the country. There are online job positions all over the country, job interview services online, registration and reporting of insured persons via the internet, career guidance services for students and the general public, aptitude, and career readiness assessment, independent employment promotion, support for the formation of homeworker groups, low-interest loans, and labour market information services. There are job vacancies available from both domestic and overseas markets. All of this aims to give every Thai citizen a job, a stable income, a good quality of life, and equal access to government services.
“The Ministry of Labour would like to invite the general public who wants to find work or be self-employed, including students who want to assess their career readiness before entering the workforce. You can come to use the services at the Smart Job Center located within the Ministry of Labor on official days and times. This center will help students and the general public who want to have a job be able to enter the workforce efficiently, have a career, and a stable income,” said Mr. Aree.
